Inspiration

We try to make different things every week for dinner, but sometimes we get stuck in a rut and seem to make the same things over. Something we make at least two or three times a month is our Mediterranean Chicken. It’s so simple to make and filled with so much flavor. But even this flavorful chicken gets tiresome and normally I would pair this with some tzatziki, but there was no dill at the store. I knew it needed a dip or sauce of some kind. So off to the fridge it was to figure out what I could concoct. Next thing I knew, Phillip was licking the bowl clean, I knew I was on to something.

Tools Needed

Blender or Food Processor: In order to get the smooth consistency you do need a blender or food processor.

Ingredients

Plain Greek Yogurt: Greek yogurt has a nice tang to it. It makes a great pairing for the lemon and parsley.

Parsley: This herb has the best pop of flavor but dill will also do the trick.

Lemon and Garlic: Your not going to want to skip this pairing, savory and tangy at the same time!
