Hiya & happy almost Friday! Hope everyone is staying sane and safe these days. We are currently on day 24 of quarantine. I’m sure most people are starting to really feel this too. Phillip and I have been trying to be productive and plan our nights and days out to give us something to look forward to. We created a list of Date Night In Ideas to share! Check out what dates we have had and what else we want to try and get creative with. This has given us something to look forward to as well as something to do with all of this free time. Share with us your date night in ideas as well!
Recipes we made last week:
- Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa
- Raspberry Gin Fizz
- Enchilada Lasagna
Stop trying to be productive during Coronavirus quarantine. I love this article. Is it me or does it seem like everyone is their best selves right now, redoing areas of their house, planting their gardens, and working out every day? All while I’m over here making sure I brushed my teeth that day. It is so okay to not be super productive. It really is.
This dog delivering wine really brightened my day.
We haven’t seen anything out of the ordinary around our house but these animals roaming streets is very cool and slightly frightening.
If only Milo or Nora had longer hair. This woman is giving her dog a new hairstyle every day and I am rolling over here.
I recently read a post about all the wrong things someone did in a relationship. For example said “I love you” too soon and spent multiple days in a row seeing each other when first dating. This post got me thinking about how there is no wrong thing to do when you are lucky enough to find the right fit. All that said, I had to share this article in this weeks Links We Love about how relationships with the right people make you feel at home.
Things we love this week:
I have always wanted to garden but have never found the time or the patience. Maybe this article will help.
I am trying to shake this funk and start giving myself a few goals for the week. Going to take a few a week from this 10 exciting ways to challenge yourself this month article to start!
On the same note of trying new things or being more productive, here are some things you can tackle in a weekend.
And a few things that are helping me get out of my funk. Try it for yourself!
Like many of you I’m sure, I haven’t been using heating tools on my hair since the Coronavirus quarantine stated but I have still been using hair products on my unruly curly hair. Definitely trying out this apple cider vinegar scrub for some really fresh and clean locks.
Here are 10 more things to help brighten your mood while stuck at home.
This list of things we won’t take for granted after the pandemic are so accurate!
