Tuna Ceviche Stuffed Fried Avocado

Delicious and healthy (even though its fried), this dish will leave you completely satisfied on both craving and hunger.

Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

Secret Sauce

  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce peppers chopped, but get alot of the adobo sauce

Tuna Ceviche

  • 1 lb fresh tuna cut up into inch cubes
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 5-6 fresh limes juiced
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Fried Avocado

  • 2 whole avocados cut in half and skin peeled
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • alot vegetable oil fill til an inch or two high in dutch oven or deep pan
  • 2 eggs scarmbled

Instructions

Secret Sauce

  • You guessed it, just put all the ingredients together and mix it up

Tuna Ceviche

  • Cut up tuna and mix all ingredients into bowl
  • Cover with saran wrap and put in fridge
  • Every 10 minutes remove from fridge and stir contents together

Fried Avocado

  • Heat oil to about 200°
  • Dip halved avocado in egg and then move to panko bowl
  • Toss bread crumbs on top of avocado until completely covered
  • Using a slotted spoon or wire skimmer slowly drop avocado into oil
  • If avocado isn't fully submerged, use long handled spoon to toss oil on the top of avocado until all of its brown and crispy
  • Remove avocado from oil and let sit on paper towl to get excess oil off.
  • When cooled down, remove ceviche from fridge and add on top and enjoy with our sauce
