Avocado Toast 3 Ways

Ingredients

  • 3 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 pieces prosciutto
  • 2 eggs hard boiled
  • 1 egg fried
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 3 strawberries sliced thin
  • 2 tsp balsamic glaze
  • mint for garnish

Instructions

Avocado Toast with Hard Boiled Eggs

  • In small pot add water and boil
  • Add two eggs to the boiling water, reduce heat to medium and cook 8-10 minutes
  • Toast bread in toaster to your liking
  • Slice avocado and spread onto bread. Sprinkle a tsp of everything bagel seasoning on top of the avocado
  • Remove eggs from boiling water and rinse under cold water to cool
  • Once cooled, peel eggs, slice thin and spread on top of the avocado

Avocado Toast with Sunny Side Up Egg

  • Toast bread in toaster to your liking
  • In frying pan add small amount of oil over medium heat
  • Crack egg and slowly add to pan to not break and run
  • Once toast is ready, slice avocado thinly and spread on top of toast
  • Sprinkle 1 tsp of everything bagel seasoning on top of avocado
  • Take slices of prosciutto and lay on top of avocado
  • Once egg is cooked, remove carefully from pan with spatula and place on top of the prosciutto

Avocado Toast with Strawberries

  • Toast bread in toaster to your liking
  • Slice avocado thinly and spread on top of bread
  • Slice strawberries thinly and spread on top of bread
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the strawberries and garnish with mint leaves
  • Be sure to smack the mint leaves to activate before adding to the toast
