BBQ Chicken Lettuce Wrap

  • 2 cups red cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1-2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

BBQ Chicken Wrap

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Your favorite BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup red pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • 6 leaves of romain lettuce



  • Add cabbage and carrots into a container
  • Add Apple Cider Vinegar, Mustard, and Mayo
  • Stir Contents until everything is thouroughly mixed
  • add in salt and pepper and mix slightly more

BBQ Chicken

  • Salt and Pepper both sides of the chicken for seasoning
  • Add olive oil to a medium-high heat pan
  • Add Chicken and cook 6 minutes per side or until a nice golden brown exterior and internal temp is 160°
  • Remove Chicken from pan and set aside
  • Add a slight bit of olive oil to coat the still hot pan
  • Add diced onions and red peppers to pan and scrape up chicken bits from pan
  • Once the onions start to get translusent, shred chicken that was resting and throw it back in the pan
  • Add in BBQ sauce and mix well
  • Remove all contents from pan and put inside lettuce leaves
  • Top with slaw and green onions
