Spicy Kitchen Sink Chorizo Pasta

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 12 oz Can diced tomatoes
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp pepper
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Pasta

  • 1 lb Chorizo
  • ¼ Onion diced
  • Noodles Any kind
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Add all Sauce ingredients into a blender and blend (if needed add a slight bit of water to blend)
  • Saute Chorizo in skillet with diced onions
  • When chorizo is cooked and onions have soaked up all the juices, add in chicken broth and sauce
  • Continue stiring from time to time
  • In a pot, bring water to a boil and add noodles
  • Once noodles are cooked, strain and mix with chorizo/sauce mixture
  • Plate and enjoy!
