  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 4 tbsp balsamic glaze warmed
  • 1 apple
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

  • In a small sauce pan bring honey and vinegar to a slow simmer
  • Chop apples as you bring to simmer and then add to pan
  • Slowly stir in 1 tsp of salt to the apple mixture and make sure apples are coated. Let simmer on low
  • Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a large skillet and bring to medium heat
  • Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and add to the skillet
  • Add 1 tsp rosemary to the pork as it cooks
  • Let sear and cook 5 minutes and flip. Add second tsp of rosemary to the pork
  • Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°
  • Remove the pork from the pan and set aside
  • The apples should have cooked down in the honey and vinegar creating a very soft and sweet apple to top the pork with
  • Warm up the balsamic glaze in the microwave or stovetop for just a few seconds so the glaze becomes very smooth
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze on the pork and then add top with sweet apples and enjoy!
