Ingredients

Nugs

  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs

Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • ¼ cup sandwich pickles chopped

Instructions

Nuggets

  • Preheat oven to 425°
  • Mix together all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well to remove all clumps
  • In a large gallon zip lock bag add two eggs and scramble them
  • Add the cubed chicken to the bag and coat the chicken well
  • Pour out any extra scrambled eggs and pour in the dry mixture
  • Shake the bag well
  • On a baking sheet with a rack add the chicken nuggets
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°

Sauce

  • Mix together all ingredient and let chill in fridge until serving
